There you have it, Kim and I finally finished decorating our xmas tree, V.2
It is simple, not too many lights, not too many ornaments, we have robots, Hello Kitty Santa amoung other wonderful tihngs.
Our tree topper is one of a kind, it's number 77 out of 100 "Astroboy X'mas Edition" released in 2004.
Have you ever noticed that all Santa's rein deer are, by definition, male?
I guess it make sense; you will need strong deer to pull the sledge carrying Santa and all those gifts around the globe flying at speeds that defy reality. But the doe population wanted to be part of the festivities as well, so they organized an independent dancing troop with lots of dance routines and synchronized high kicks. Unfortunately the deer union did not want to share the royalties with a group of dancing deer, that is just crazy. Long story short, the union sued the dancers claiming exclusivity use of a species during holiday season, the courts ruled in favor of the unions and the dancing doe hanged their outfits for good. As a side note, the now famous Radio City Rockettes are a mayor benefactor for the preservation of forest areas and wild life.Let me go trough my list:

This AT-AT toy model is definitely going to appear either on my xmas or birthday wish list.
Echo base's days are numbered.We have a new obsession and its name is Netflix for the Wii.
In the beginning I was skeptical about how reliable this service would be. I heard about the consoleâs graphic processing power, or lack thereof, and the fact that we have our console connected to the Internet via WiFi, but soon I was proved wrong and now we are hooked to it. A couple of weekends ago I got a terrible headache and spent all day Sunday curled on the couch watching all 26 episodes of Claymore. During the whole day, the only problem that I experienced was on three occasions the system paused the streaming for about 5 seconds to re-buffer the video, that's all. Donât be discouraged by the limited amount of movies and categories that you will see the first time you login. After selecting a couple of movies or TV shows, the system will provide you with a plethora of suggestions based on the things that you have previously watched or have in queue to watch. Remember searching for a movie or TV series is always an option. Granted, there are some nights when the system is running slow and the buffering window appears more times than desired, but almost every night Kim and I jump into the Wii to watch movies or episodes of series that we missed, instead of renting them from the AT&T system. Once I got her the Canon Rebel XT digital camera she could not imagine going back to buying rolls of film, taking them to Costco to have them developed and then see how the pictures came out. All I have to say is thank you technology. I just finished going over all the pictures that she had taken for the last 4 years or so, that includes conventions like Anime Expo, Comic Con, and Dragon Con; events like New Years Celebration at Little Tokyo and China Town; and of course overseas travels to Malaysia, Singapore and Japan. All and all we are talking about 6,500 pictures. That's a lot of shoe boxes.
