Well, the end is here and I regret nothing.
Another decade, another end of the world prediction.
I mean, what is the use? Really. Nobody really wants the end of the world to come, and even if you are right, is not like you are going to get an award or a trophy.
I guess it does not matter how many times you fail, you just need to be right once.
Enjoy the rest of your life.
Where else can you see Vampires, Zombies, Super Heroes, Steampunks, Jedis and Vulcans eating pizza and sandwiches while waiting in line to see their favorite actor, author, scientist, director or publisher.
Unless you have been living under a rock, on Mars and with your fingers in your ears and your eyes closed, then Dragon*Con will definitely have something to offer you.

I just finished uploading the photos and the vide that we took during the Chinese New Year Parade in Chinatown, L.A. It was lots of fun; there were marching bands, floats, princesses and, of course lots and lots of Lions and Dragons.
I separated both the pictures and the video in different sections so you can find what you want without having to watch the entire parade.
Enjoy.
Cartoon Network gathered the stars of the several action shows like Ben 10, Generator X and the newcomer Sym-Bionic Titan into this panel to announce new events, give up some secrets and answer questions from the fans.
Where does the time go? And, has it ever been late?
In any case I have to apologize since I have not posted any video of Comic-Con, Dragon*Con, Little Tokyo, Nisei Week, Chinese New Year, or even the more recent Super Taiko Concert event held at the beginning of this month.
But I say: No more. I have to clear up my desk of about 44hrs of tape from all these event; otherwise, after Anime Expo, this will be just another pile of unprocessed tapes acquiring a fine layer of dust every weekend.
So, I am going to start posting at least one video every week and I am going to start with the Big Bang Theory's panel held at Comic Con '10.
Kim and I highly recommend this show and we actually bought all 3 seasons in DVD, it is funny, and smart, it has a great team of writers, a cast to match and it asks all the important questions: how do you know your are not a cyborg, have you seen your own brain?, does Superman flies or jumps?, can you clone Leonard Nimoy from a used napkin?, what is the difference between a elf and a hobbit, you know, every day questions...
The panel is really funny and it was packed full of anxious fans, all 6,000 of them; but since we could not find a free space near the front, I could only tape the video screens hanging from the ceiling but it was worth it.
Enjoy.
So guess what I find?! I'm eating Bibim Bop on a little bench. The food was great!

After being cooped up in an office in Salt Lake City for 3 days, I took a walk around Portland after I landed. On SW 5th Ave and Stark there was this "food court". Reminded me of KL with all the food stalls.
