Super Taiko

We are back again at Little Tokyo, but this time we not inside the theater but outside, at the plaza, we the Super Taiko concert is about to start.

Just follow the loud noise.

Welcome Aboard

Usually we only come down to San Diego to either visit my aunt or to attend Comic-Con (only 5 more months)

But this time had the great idea to take a mini vacation this weekend and visit San Diego's others attractions.

Behold the mighty USS Midway and her 47 years of adventures from the end of WWI to the liberation of Kuwait in 1991.

We highly recommend this tour.

Dumplings from across the sea

We finally made it.

Back in Malaysia, we used to go to this restaurant almost every weekend with our friends Rita and Deanna.

They have delicious dumplings, noodles, fried rice and many other yummy entrees.

After we came back to the U.S. we wanted to come to this restaurant but when it was not one thing it was another; so, after two years we finally made it.

The menu in this restaurant is smaller and some of the dishes are a little bit different but the dumplings remain the same.

We will have to come back again to try other plates and find out which ones we like best; hopefully, it will not take us another two years.

Another Year, another Parade

Another successful adventure.

It was lots of fun the matching bands and the lion dance performances were great.
