Another couple of big names in the animation industry came to AM2:

Masao Maruyama is a veteran of the Japanese animation industry and he has helped produce an incredible amount of titles in the last 40 years including Barefoot Gen, Card Captor Sakura, Devil May Cry, Death Note, Ninja Scroll, Perfect Blue, Record of Lodoss War, Trigun, Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust, just to mention some.

Sunao Katabuchi has worked as an assistant directory for the film Kiki's Delivery Service, he directed the hit series Black Lagoon and the OAV Black Lagoon: Roberta's Blood Trail. He has worked in the video game Ace Combat 04: Shattered Sky.
