On our way around the island we stopped at Windward's Mall. At their parking lot your will see a red and white truck with a sign that says: "Leonard's Malasada".
A malasada is sort of like a doughnut without the hole. They fry generously-sized balls of dough until the crust is golden brown with a light and fluffy inside. You can get them with sugar, cinnamon or filled with yummy a variety of fillings.Roberto RamirezSent from my android device.
